Psychology Today's Clinician Resources
We all have to deal with stress, anxiety, depression and feelings of hopelessness from time-to-time. Some periods are worse than others. It’s important we find healthy ways to manage that stress or those emotional challenges. This is especially true for those with MS. It is possible that an increase in stress levels can have an adverse effect on your MS symptoms. This is why it is important you have behavioral therapist on your team. Psychology today is an excellent resource. Our staff can help you find someone who is versed in chronic disease and management.
