• Collaborating with patients to develop personalized, client-centered routines in therapy that reflect both evidence-based practice and the valued daily activities of each individual
• Slowing the progression of MS and preventing acute functional decline that can negatively impact access to the community and limit participation in ADLs and IADLs
• Collaborating with vendors and patients to optimize adaptive equipment and mobility aids such as power and manual wheelchairs for greater independence in functional mobility
• Utilizing simulated ADLs and IADLs within the neuro rehab framework to develop adaptive strategies, engage in neuromuscular reeducation, and reduce fall risk in individuals with MS
